Pay Invoice Prior to Inspection
Secure your inspection date by completing the payment process before the scheduled date. You will receive and email invoice once availability is confirmed.
Step 5
Attend Inspection
If you can, try to be present at the Home inspection. This way, the inspector can show you any issues directly before the final report is made, helping you understand the property's condition better. You do not need to attend the Water Sample Collection.

Receive Inspection Report
Get your detailed online Home inspection reports delivered to you within 48 hours after your inspection. See a sample from our ISN report writing sofware. Standard water test results will be emailed within 7-10 days.
