Pay Invoice Prior to Inspection
Secure your inspection date by completing the payment process before the scheduled date. You will receive and email invoice once availability is confirmed.

Attend Inspection
If you can, try to be present at the Home inspection. This way, the inspector can show you any issues directly before the final report is made, helping you understand the property's condition better. You do not need to attend the Water Sample Collection.

Over the years, I have contributed to numerous projects, including volunteering with Habitat for Humanity for 25 years. My dedication to providing affordable and efficient services has been a driving force throughout my career.
